Atherton Tablelands, Waterfalls, Spanish Castles

Join Downunder Tours and discover the Atherton Tablelands, cruise over the Gillies Range and take in the views of the stunning Mulgrave Valley before stopping for morning tea at Lake Barrine Teahouse.

After your Devonshire Tea why not participate in a Wildlife Cruise (own expense) or just go for a refreshing dip in Crater Lake, a now extinct volcano. Don't forget your camera because Giant Curtain Fig Tree gives you some excellent photo opportunities before the tour continues on for a hot lunch at the Malanda Hotel.

Picturesque Milaa Milaa Falls is next on the itinerary, a stunning piece of scenery which will no doubt inspire some photography, after which you will continue down Platypus Highway to Panorella Park.

Enjoy a guided tour of the amazing Spanish Castle ruins and learn of the historical significance of the area. Before returning to Cairns the tour makes one last stop to explore Babinda Boulders, another natural wonder of the Cairns area.
