Your rescue theory is evaluated through a 60 question multiple choice exam, which will be completed on your three day two night trip.

Afternoon 1:00 - 17:00 This pool session is used to introduce students to some of the basic rescue skills that they will put into practise in their ocean training. The emphasis of this session is to allow students to develop their rescue skills and techniques in a controlled environment before conducting rescue scenarios in the ocean with wind, waves and currents.

Evening 18:15 - 20:30 " Reef Teach" marine biology lecture. If you require CPR certification, PRO DIVE will run a Royal Life Saving CPR course on the Wednesday evening.
