Sunlover Cruises - Diving
Enjoy the amazing experience of watching the underwater realm with the Seawalker. A uniquely designed apparatus, the Seawalker allows you to dive the Great Barrier Reef without getting your hair wet! It is used with a minimum of fuss and equipment, and there is no tanks and only minimal training is required. This system of diving is ideal for moderate swimmers and is available to tourists 12 years of age and above.
Alternatively, Scuba Diving is available to both certified and uncertified divers. Introductory dives are available. All dives are conducted by qualified Dive Instructors and only first class equipment is used. Diving is the perfect way to enjoy the World Heritage Listed Great Barrier Reef. Thousands of species of fish and marine life await you in their natural habitat. The Great Barrier Reef extends over 2,500 kilometres, the majestic coral structures are home to the most extensive variety of flora and fauna found in any area of the world. A marine national park the Great Barrier Reef provides an excellent backdrop for fantastic holiday of snorkelling, swimming, semi-submersibles, diving, coral viewing and fishing. This unique area is a great location for scientific research. The magnificent reef encompasses over 2.900 individual reefs and covers an area of 384,000 square kilometers which is greater than the United Kingdom and Ireland combined.
